Delivery Information


We deliver to anywhere in United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. We do not deliver outside United Kingdom.

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. Orders are printed every morning so please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra working day.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will endeavour to inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

How Much Will Shipping Cost? 

We have a broad range of shipping options for our customers.

You can choose from the following options at the checkout:

Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery £5.95 (Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1-2 working days)

Royal Mail 2nd  Class Delivery £3.95 (Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3-5 working days)

**Please note that due to strike action by Royal Mail, Pear Tree Collection cannot guarantee any delivery times**

Unfortunately, due to increased workloads, we are not currently able to offer free local delivery within BH postcodes. We hope to be able to review this in the future and offer it again.

Standard delivery is available on orders that are delivered within the United Kingdom.

We aim for orders to be delivered within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays – however we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays due to any issues within the courier network as this is outside of our control.

Change of Delivery Address

Unfortunately, we do not have the facility within our systems to change any billing or shipping addresses. If, after you have placed your order, you need to change your billing or shipping address, please email us at:

In the interest of protecting our customers from fraudulent transactions, in these situations your order will be cancelled and fully refunded to you. We then ask that you re-place your order with the correct billing and delivery details. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but we need to ensure we are fully protecting our customers.

Tracking Updates

When placing your order, you will be asked if you consent to us forwarding the contact information provided to our couriers to enable you to receive updates on your order. This defaults to yes, meaning you will get email and text updates from the relevant courier (where this service is available). If you do not wish for the details to be passed on, please select 'No' to this question at the checkout stage.

We will NEVER sell your details to third party companies. Any information you supply during the ordering process will be used for delivery information only (unless you sign up to our marketing mailing list - in which case, you will receive any newsletters that we email out).
